Role overview
shyftplan is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive lead generation and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. What you will do
- Assess, pre-screen, and qualify target companies through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Reach out to prospective customers on relevant social platforms.
- Use social selling methods to build interest in shyftplan among key stakeholders in target industries.
- Spot barriers in the sales process and respond to challenges early and proactively.
- Attend industry events and trade fairs and present the value of shyftplan to potential clients.
Profile and requirements
The ideal candidate already has initial experience in researching prospects, making contact, and building business relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools is expected, with HubSpot being a strong advantage. You should bring a fresh, personal approach to outreach, be able to identify decision-makers, and communicate empathetically with different stakeholders inside an organization. Native-level German is required.
