Ice Telecommunications Limited is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its Chester office. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of up to £28,000 per year, with on-target earnings of £40,000+ through uncapped commission.

What the role involves
- Reach out to UK businesses by phone as part of outbound sales activity.
- Use a short set of qualifying questions to identify potential opportunities.
- Hand over qualified prospects to the internal network experts.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Work consistently toward monthly sales goals and aim to exceed them.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant is ambitious, target-focused, resilient, and motivated by earning potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with confidence in handling objections. The company is looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and the ability to perform well in a busy outbound sales setting.
Previous B2B sales experience is helpful, though it is not mandatory because full training will be provided.
Working pattern and benefits
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend shifts. The package includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with OTE of £40,000+.

Requirements
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to Chester.
- English language experience of at least 1 year is required.
