This role reports to the Boutique Manager and is suited to someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and representing a prestigious Maison with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored clienteling efforts.
- Support boutique sales results and work toward individual action plans and targets.
- Present the Maison’s heritage, creations, and storytelling with authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Help clients with after-sales needs such as repairs, collections, and personalized services.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth, memorable in-store experience.
- Take part in boutique events and Maison activities as needed.
