The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated retail team members to join Platypus locations across New Zealand. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to help lift sales performance, support smooth store operations, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

What You’ll Bring

To do well in this position, you should have prior customer service experience, ideally from retail, hospitality, or supermarket environments. You’ll need to deliver a high level of service, create a memorable shopping experience, and bring genuine interest in streetwear and sneaker culture. The role also calls for strong teamwork, energy, self-motivation, and a willingness to work toward and exceed sales targets. Being open to feedback and having full availability, including late-night shifts and weekends, is essential.
