RMA Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for an RMA Technician to handle the end-to-end process of product returns, testing, repair coordination, and warranty follow-up. The role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, and brand partners to ensure defective items are assessed accurately and resolved within committed turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept returned items, verify their condition, and run checks to determine faults or failure causes.
• Prepare and manage RMA paperwork, then coordinate warranty repair or replacement actions with brand principals.
• Carry out troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair support for CCTV cameras, NVRs, and networking equipment.
• Keep the RMA tracking records current and share progress updates with customers and the sales team.
• Track, control, and replenish spare parts used for RMA-related repairs.
• Spot repeated product issues, document the pattern, and escalate the matter when needed.
• Make sure all returned units are handled and closed within the required SLA timeframe.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in technical support or hardware repair.
• Practical exposure to CCTV systems, networking devices, or AV equipment.
• Strong ability to diagnose problems and troubleshoot hardware faults effectively.
• Prior experience with Hikvision products or networking hardware will be considered an advantage.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Al Ahsa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
