Role overview

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will help create the full Ghanda customer experience while supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key duties

• Provide an engaging and memorable in-store experience for every customer.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and complete till balancing/reconciliation.
• Keep the store presented to a high standard in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand expectations.
• Receive stock deliveries and support inventory management processes.

What we're looking for

• A positive, can-do mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good alignment with the company’s brand and values.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including all school holidays.
• A reliable means of transport.
• Retail or hospitality experience is preferred, though not essential; attitude matters more than prior experience.
