Role overview

The Retail Manager will oversee the UAE retail network for Parfums de Marly and INITIO Parfums Privés, including boutiques and counters. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on strong operations, high-performing store teams, and durable client relationships.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager for MEA, the role covers retail execution across the UAE and requires regular travel within the country, with occasional travel to France.

Retail excellence and performance
