Remote Product Tester

Overview

RG&T Solutions is hiring a meticulous Remote Product Tester to evaluate newly launched and existing products from Carney, Maryland. The purpose of this role is to verify that each product delivers the expected level of quality, ease of use, and performance against established standards.

What you will do

• Test both digital and physical products in different environments and across a range of platforms.
• Spot defects, usability problems, and other issues, then record and share them with precision.
• Work with development and design teams to turn findings into practical improvement suggestions.
• Prepare comprehensive test summaries and keep testing records well organized.
• Take part in planning discussions and testing strategy sessions to help improve overall testing workflows.
