Role Overview

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the hiring process end to end by managing interview logistics, keeping candidates informed, and helping the recruiting team stay organized. This role also includes coordinating referrals, maintaining records in the ATS, and assisting with onboarding preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end interview coordination, including scheduling, travel, meals, materials, and onsite candidate support, while acting as the main contact for candidates during the process.
  • Help candidates prepare for interviews, share relevant company details, and keep hiring teams updated on progress.
  • Coordinate referrals and support internal communication across recruiting workflows.
  • Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate and up to date in the ATS.
