Position overview
This contract recruiting role supports a Deloitte project team from a remote location. The main focus is to identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates to help fill staffing needs across assigned positions.
What you will do
- Assist with recruiting efforts for the roles allocated to you.
- Find candidates through approved sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and reach out to prospective applicants.
- Set up interviews and manage communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Keep candidate information, recruiting activity, and status updates current in the applicant tracking system.
- Share timely progress updates on the recruitment pipeline with the project team.
Required experience and qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience specifically for Cyber roles.
- Hands-on use of an applicant tracking system to record candidate data, interview activity, and progress.
- Background sourcing talent via job boards, social platforms, and professional networking.
- Experience running screening interviews with candidates.
- Ability to arrange interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience contributing to pipeline reporting and candidate status tracking.
Compensation
The contract pay range for this assignment is $55 to $60 per hour. The final rate depends on skills, experience, and location and will be set by the third-party provider whose employees deliver services to Deloitte.
