Role Overview

Join Lion Fabrics Private Limited in Bhopal as a Recruiter focused on managing end-to-end hiring activities. This role involves attracting talent, assessing candidates, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and helping ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish vacancies across job boards and social media channels.
• Find suitable talent through talent databases, referrals, campus hiring, consultants, and professional networking.
• Review applications and create a shortlist of candidates who match the required experience and skills.
• Conduct first-round interviews and assess professional background, technical understanding, and alignment with company culture.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
• Discuss compensation terms, support salary negotiations, and prepare offer letters.
• Maintain communication with shortlisted candidates and manage joining-related formalities.
• Check previous employment, education, and references as part of verification.
• Assist with onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Follow internal hiring rules and applicable labour laws throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Background

• Understanding of textile manufacturing operations and related job functions.
• Ability to source candidates effectively and conduct structured interviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and candidate-handling ability.
• Graduate, postgraduate, or another relevant degree.
