Key duties

• Welcome patients and handle reception-related tasks professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
• Arrange appointments across the medical, dental, laser, and aesthetic departments.

Experience and skills

No prior experience is required, as complete training will be provided. Candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English and have basic computer skills.

Compensation

Monthly incentives and bonuses are offered, with earnings ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 depending on performance.
