What You Will Do

Identify and approach new property options, landlords, and relevant local authority areas.
Handle negotiations with property owners and landlords.
Carry out in-depth market research to spot trends, opportunities, and possible risks in real estate.
Create financial models, forecasts, and feasibility assessments for prospective investments and development plans.
Support the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
Track economic indicators, policy updates, and market shifts that affect Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
Work alongside finance, legal, and development teams to support decision-making.
Keep real estate databases current and accurate.

Requirements

You should be a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related discipline.
Hands-on ability in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools is required.
Strong numerical thinking, analytical ability, and careful attention to detail are important.
You should understand the commercial real estate landscape in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent written and spoken communication in both English and Arabic is essential, along with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and briefly.
You must be able to work on your own as well as collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
