VRC Plastomould (i) Pvt Ltd is a plastic injection moulding and tooling business headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The company supplies high-quality plastic components and assemblies to the automotive industry and also works with major MNCs and global corporates. Its capabilities include plastic mould manufacturing and injection moulding solutions for well-known customers such as Mahindra, John Deere, Kreg, Stihl, LG, Whirlpool, and Godrej.
Role overview
The organization is looking for a senior quality leader to oversee QA/QC functions at the plant. The role calls for managing quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO and customer expectations, handling audits, addressing complaints through corrective actions, and driving ongoing improvement across the quality team and production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run QA/QC activities and make sure quality processes remain aligned with ISO requirements and client specifications.
- Lead internal and external audit activities and ensure readiness for assessments.
- Investigate customer issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote continuous improvement to strengthen product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build, guide, and develop a strong quality team capable of handling plant-level quality challenges.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing quality.
- Solid understanding of QMS, ISO standards, core quality tools, and audits.
- Proven leadership ability along with strong problem-solving skills.
