About the Role
HCLTech is looking for a Quality Consulting Solutions Development professional in Noida, India. This position focuses on strengthening delivery quality, supporting customer-facing quality initiatives, and advancing process excellence across projects and engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with delivery teams and customers to identify, implement, and track continuous quality improvement measures and other value-adding initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with IT quality assurance processes aligned to the company QMS and customer-specific requirements.
- Promote adoption of industry standards and best practices, including ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 42001, and CMMI.
- Carry out quality assurance reviews and share findings with both delivery teams and customers.
- Support internal and external quality audits conducted by accredited agencies and customers.
- Establish and encourage use of performance metrics and benchmarking, supported by industry capability reports.
- Take part in governance forums and surface early signals on project and engagement health using correlations, analytics, predictive methods, and visual dashboards.
- Align process execution with customer feedback to improve satisfaction levels.
- Facilitate and support client workshops and site visits in the role of a Quality Manager.
Required Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge or exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 42001, and CMMI.
- Training or certification in ISO frameworks and in CMMI DEV and CMMI SVC.
- Previous quality experience, especially in PQA or SQA roles on projects, will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of engineering practices such as requirements, design, coding, build, testing, and release management.
