Role Overview
We are hiring a Permit to Work Coordinator to support safe, controlled, and compliant execution of work across oil and gas EPC project sites. This position is focused on strengthening site safety, documentation discipline, and coordination between different project functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer the Permit to Work process across project locations.
- Verify that every task is reviewed, approved, and recorded before execution.
- Liaise with HSE, operations, and engineering teams to ensure adherence to safety requirements.
- Carry out periodic checks and reviews of PTW records and workflows.
- Support site teams with guidance and training on PTW procedures and controls.
- Keep complete and accurate logs, reports, and files for both regulatory and internal review.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of PTW coordination experience in oil and gas or EPC settings.
- Solid knowledge of HSE rules and practical risk management methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a similar qualification.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, along with good organizational skills.
- HSE certification or a related credential will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience using digital Permit to Work platforms is beneficial.
