Role Overview
Al Shuwayer Group of Companies is looking for a Project Sales Executive to drive project-based sales opportunities in the building materials sector in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and pursue fresh project opportunities.
- Track specifications and coordinate with consultants to secure approvals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, project owners, developers, municipalities, and government bodies.
- Develop both technical and commercial proposals.
- Handle project specification follow-ups, tender progression, and sales closing activities.
Professional Skills and Product Knowledge
- Solid understanding of engineering tiles, including quarry tiles.
- Knowledge of ceramic and porcelain products.
- Familiarity with sanitary ware and bathroom accessories.
- Experience with piping systems.
- Exposure to external paving solutions such as interlock, kerbstone, and bollards.
Experience and Qualifications
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is needed.
Additional Information
The position calls for strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, along with a proven history of working on specification-driven sales and tender follow-up.
