Role Overview
Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) is looking for a seasoned Project Manager / Package Manager to oversee EPC modular process systems in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is intended for a professional with 16+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects, particularly those involving modular process systems and process packages from the engineering and procurement stage through fabrication, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
What You Will Do
- Direct EPC assignments focused on gas processing, compression, and modular plant systems.
- Own the end-to-end management of project scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and stakeholder coordination.
- Bring together engineering, procurement, FATs, fabrication, logistics, construction, and commissioning workstreams.
- Drive commercial updates, change control, risk reduction, and project controls activities.
- Work closely with clients, EPC contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to keep delivery aligned.
Technical Background Needed
The ideal candidate should have proven experience delivering projects that include multiple process packages and equipment types such as gas dehydration units, gas sweetening units, dew point control units, gas compression packages, condensate stabilization units, fuel gas conditioning systems, instrument air and nitrogen generation packages, desalters, separators, pressure reducing stations, high-pressure reciprocating gas compressors, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, chiller packages, ICSS, PLC control systems, VFDs, E-Houses / LERs, and control, shutdown, and safety valves.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. The role calls for at least 16 years of EPC experience in the upstream and midstream Oil & Gas sector. PMP certification is an advantage. Candidates should also be comfortable using MS Project, SAP, and project completions systems, and should understand ASME, API, and PED standards.
