Overview
This contract Project Manager role sits within an Enterprise IT environment in Dublin and focuses on IT change and communications leadership. The position supports executive audiences, governance forums, and end users by turning technical, cyber security, operational, and transformation topics into clear communications that help leaders make decisions, keep operations running smoothly, and encourage successful adoption of change.
Assignment Details
The engagement runs for an initial 12 months. The role is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid working pattern, with 2 to 3 days in the office each week. Compensation is offered at up to €550 per day.
What You Will Do
- Prepare reporting and updates for the CEO, senior executives, the Board, the Audit Committee, and wider IT governance groups.
- Create presentations and leadership communications for town halls and other senior forums.
- Handle communications to end users during major incidents, service outages, and IT change activities.
- Support organisational change management assessments and readiness work across IT initiatives.
- Track communication, adoption, and other change-related risks and help manage them proactively.
- Work closely with IT, Cyber Security, PMO, Corporate Communications, and external partners to maintain a consistent message.
- Coordinate communications for both individual sites and the wider enterprise.
What We Are Looking For
- Background in IT communications, organisational change, PMO, or transformation-related roles.
- Experience delivering reporting for executive leaders and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Confidence in turning complex technical content into simple, audience-friendly messages.
- Experience on large IT programmes such as ERP, SAP, cyber security, or infrastructure work is an advantage.
- Familiarity with OCM approaches such as Prosci or ADKAR is preferred.
