Siemens Energy is looking for a detail-focused Project Engineer in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on project support, order handling, and customer coordination, with an emphasis on smooth execution, service quality, and strong client relationships. Key impact areas
- Assist the project management group with end-to-end order management, including quotations, processing, and fulfillment.
- Make sure orders are released on time and in line with internal standards and policies.
- Track order-related problems and processing mistakes, then help resolve them to protect customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers on order entry, dispatch, and payment-related activities.
- Keep order management records accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to simplify workflows and improve service delivery.
What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline.
- Hands-on experience in order management or customer service.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using order management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
