Role Overview
RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is hiring a Program Project Manager for its Jeddah, Saudi Arabia location. This position is designed for a seasoned delivery leader who can manage complex programs, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to business outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
The role suits someone who is proactive, eager to keep learning, and comfortable working collaboratively on high-impact initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead program and portfolio delivery activities within the banking sector, drawing on 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Manage large portfolios that span multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Set up, enhance, or transform PMO/CoE and governance frameworks.
- Bring domain knowledge across Core Banking, Retail Banking, Cards, Lending, and Digital Banking.
- Apply practical understanding of the Saudi Arabian banking environment; familiarity with SAMA regulations is preferred.
- Handle stakeholder engagement in environments with multiple vendors and SLA-based delivery expectations.
- Drive initiatives focused on reducing costs, increasing automation, and improving delivery processes.
- Communicate and influence effectively with senior business leaders, including CXO-level stakeholders.
- Provide strong leadership while managing governance, risk, and strategic planning responsibilities.
