What you will do

• Translate product ideas into clear, detailed feature requirements and keep them aligned across teams and initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to shape practical solutions.
• Build a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, gather feedback, and use it to guide product direction.
• Study product usage and performance data to improve quality and refine the feature set.
• Review competitors’ offerings and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
• Create and maintain effective processes for writing, managing, and tracking requirements.
• Coordinate communication across the product development cycle with designers, engineers, support, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Help define pricing and licensing approaches for the company’s products.

What you need

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software development projects, preferably as a program manager or product manager.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Product/UX Design, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
• Working knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Ability to speak with customers, support presales or customer discovery discussions, and turn feedback into requirements.
• Hands-on experience with project management and requirements tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Redmine, Aha!, or ProductBoard.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
• Extra value if you have experience with SaaS or PaaS products.
