Product Manager, Traffic & Commerce Optimization

Role overview

In this position, you will lead product work focused on Shopee’s homepage, search, and recommendation surfaces. The goal is to make traffic allocation more effective and improve how users discover products.

What you will do

• Take ownership of product initiatives across homepage, search, and recommendation experiences, with an emphasis on better traffic efficiency and product discovery.
• Partner with internal teams such as ShopeeFood, Monee, and other ecosystem stakeholders to build traffic strategies that support business growth without weakening the core e-commerce experience.
• Lead improvements that increase discovery and conversion, including changes to content display, pricing signals, and key decision-making touchpoints in the shopping journey.
• Work together with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to ship data-informed product enhancements and deliver initiatives successfully.
• Review user behavior, operational input, and analytical insights to uncover issues and develop solutions that can scale.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher, along with at least 1 year of experience in consumer product, e-commerce, traffic, or growth-focused product roles.
• Strong product judgment and user understanding, with the ability to build intuitive flows and well-structured product experiences.
• Comfort working with data and using analysis to shape product choices.
• High ownership and strong delivery skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and perform in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication ability and experience working effectively with engineering, design, data, and business partners.

This role is based in Singapore, Singapore and is a full-time onsite position.
