Role overview

This position is for a Product Manager based in Gurugram. The role involves shaping product direction, guiding delivery, and working across business and technical functions to bring AI-driven products to market.

What you will do

• Create, refine, and drive the product vision, roadmap, and overall strategy so they stay aligned with business priorities.
• Collect, assess, and rank product inputs from internal teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents.
• Take ownership of the product backlog and keep prioritization focused on business impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, and Marketing to deliver releases successfully.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track product results through KPIs, customer insights, and analytics, then use those findings to improve the product continuously.
• Research the market, study competitors, and identify areas where the product can be innovated further.
• Work with stakeholders to set product objectives and ensure delivery happens on schedule.
• Assist with product launches by coordinating across teams and supporting go-to-market execution.

Required experience and qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, which is mandatory for this role.
• Proven experience managing a product from concept through the full lifecycle.
• Strong capability in analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation abilities.
• Hands-on experience preparing PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and related product documents.
• Comfort using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline is expected.
• An MBA or product management certification is considered an advantage.

Nice-to-have experience

• Exposure to generative AI ideas or the development of AI-powered products.
• Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models, or product integrations that use AI.
• Experience building AI-enabled features or products will be an added benefit.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital product environments is preferred.
• Credentials such as CSPO, Scrum Master, or another Agile certification are a plus.
