About the Role
Gulf Insulation Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Officer to join our team in Dammam. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient execution of purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, and managing overall procurement operations. The position is based in the 2nd Industrial City, Dammam.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze procurement reports by extracting data from the ERP system.
- Manage the entire Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle within the ERP, including all associated documentation.
- Develop and prepare presentations for management as needed.
- Ensure all procurement records are meticulously maintained and organized.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of procurement operations, ensuring prompt processing of all requests.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Procurement Management team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is required.
- Prior experience in a procurement role or a similar function is necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities are essential.
