About the Role

Position Overview
You will work as a Private Equity Expert in a remote contract arrangement. The assignment is expected to run for a minimum of four weeks, with a weekly commitment of more than 10 hours.
Compensation
The pay rate is $130 per hour. Payment is handled on a weekly basis, and the engagement is structured as an hourly contractor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess financial models and add insights that help improve AI-generated outputs.
- Examine market sizing and total addressable market analyses to ensure they fit investment objectives.
- Prepare detailed investment summaries and memos to support decision-making.
- Contribute to CIM preparation and due diligence work while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Handle NDA and other legal paperwork efficiently to keep deal activity moving.
- Identify promising deals and offer strategic input on investment opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of private equity experience at leading firms.
- Strong capability in financial modeling or market sizing / TAM analysis.
- Experience producing investment summaries and memos.
- Background in CIM preparation and due diligence processes.
- Ability to review and process NDA and legal documents.
- Deal sourcing experience and the judgment to recommend opportunities.
