Role Overview

The company is seeking a Planning Engineer, Senior Planning Engineer, or Assistant Manager with hands-on exposure to industrial construction environments. The ideal candidate will have worked on warehouses, logistics parks, manufacturing units, or EPC assignments and will be responsible for project scheduling, progress control, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Build work breakdown structures, establish baselines, and prepare detailed construction timelines.
• Track project execution against planned milestones and flag variances early.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and progress updates.
• Monitor critical activities and suggest recovery actions when delays occur.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, execution, and commercial teams to keep plans aligned.
• Review manpower deployment, resource utilization, and material readiness.
• Contribute to project review meetings with scheduling inputs and performance analysis.
• Prepare catch-up plans, delay assessments, and progress measurement reports.

Education Requirement

A B.Tech or B.E. in Civil Engineering is required.
