Role overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned Personal Trainer to join the team in Jaipur. In this role, you will create customized training plans, coach clients closely, and support them in working toward their fitness objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and conduct fitness programs that are customized to each client’s goals, requirements, and preferences.
- Deliver focused one-on-one training sessions, guide exercise technique, and offer practical feedback so clients can progress effectively.
- Evaluate client fitness levels, define achievable targets, and map out a plan to reach them.
- Monitor client improvement over time, share regular updates, and modify programs when needed.
- Help grow the personal training business by attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications and fit
- Background in athletics or sports is preferred.
- Knowledge of weight training and functional training methods is required.
- Interest in calisthenics and CrossFit is preferred.
- Strong personal fitness standards and grooming.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fitness and healthy living.
- Strong customer focus.
- Energetic attitude and willingness to keep learning.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
