What the role involves

In this position, you will contact clients about their insurance premium payments and help arrange suitable payment solutions that work for both the client and the mutual.

The work environment is fast-moving, with daily tasks and queue management requiring strong organisation, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
