Role overview

This position is for an experienced Painter responsible for coating and finishing parts and components according to technical specifications. The work focuses on preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings accurately, ensuring proper curing, and delivering a high-quality finish while complying with safety and production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply paint, spray finishes, and protective coatings, including Cerakote, in accordance with required specifications.
• Prepare components for finishing work through activities such as sandblasting and masking.
• Interpret technical drawings and work instructions and carry out the job accordingly.
• Use painting equipment, tools, and curing ovens safely and effectively.
• Check completed work to confirm the finish meets quality expectations.
• Keep tools, machines, and the work area clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Follow all safety rules, company procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and experience

A technical diploma in a relevant discipline is preferred. Candidates should have 4–5 years of industrial painting experience, along with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Cerakote or a similar coating process.
