About the Role

This role sits within Revolut’s Operations function, where teams solve large-scale problems quickly and with precision. The focus is on designing efficient systems that support global expansion and improve how the business runs.

The company is hiring an Operations Manager to help shape its growth and operating model in the United Arab Emirates. The position will involve high-impact work aimed at improving processes, addressing business challenges through analysis, and delivering better customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering closely with teams on the everyday running of operations.
• Spotting opportunities tied to products, operations, licensing, and business growth in the UAE.
• Creating and refining scalable workflows that support rapid expansion.
• Owning and delivering essential infrastructure initiatives.
• Assessing which workstreams should come first and building delivery plans that help the team move quickly.
• Identifying product improvements that make the customer journey smoother.
• Handling important vendor relationships and putting performance measurement systems in place.
• Developing supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial arrangements.
• Managing support functions, coordinating with key stakeholders, and maintaining SLA performance.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
• At least 4 years of experience in a fast-moving work environment.
• Ability to code in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proven experience owning complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complicated problems into smaller, manageable parts.
• Comfort working with data.
• Curiosity and a drive to create meaningful impact.
• Prior exposure to working with regulators.
• Interest in the financial services sector.
• Entrepreneurial experience.
