Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the vehicle fleet across the DACH region. The role focuses on keeping operational processes running smoothly, improving logistics workflows, and ensuring that business customers receive vehicles reliably at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve daily fleet operations across the DACH region.
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities such as deliveries, pickups, and vehicle distribution across locations.
• Take ownership of operational performance indicators, including availability, utilization, and service quality.
• Work closely with workshop and maintenance teams to keep the fleet ready for use.
• Manage outside logistics and service partners to support operational delivery.
• Spot opportunities to streamline processes and put better ways of working into practice.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales to align operations with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• You bring several years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management.
• You have managed operational teams as well as external service providers.
• You are comfortable working in a KPI-focused environment and making decisions based on data and numbers.
• You have a practical, hands-on approach and strong problem-solving ability in day-to-day operations.
• You are willing to travel within the DACH region.
• You can communicate well in both German and English.

Nice to Have

• Previous exposure to mobility, sharing-economy, or last-mile logistics businesses.
• Experience working with B2B delivery clients such as quick commerce or food delivery companies.
• Confident use of fleet management or route planning tools.
