About the Internship
We are seeking motivated interns to join our team in an Operations role with Tech Analogy, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This six-month full-time, in-office internship starts immediately and offers a monthly stipend of 10,000 to 12,000 INR. Interns will engage in impactful tasks supporting product life cycles, market analysis, and mentor onboarding while working alongside cross-functional teams to optimize processes and product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding materials and training programs to prepare mentors effectively.
- Provide continuous support to mentors, addressing issues and fostering positive engagements.
- Perform detailed market research and competition analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ideate and assess new product concepts influenced by market intelligence.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and eventual phase-out, ensuring adherence to quality and competitiveness standards.
- Track product performance and propose improvements as necessary.
- Coordinate communication and meetings across departments to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Serve as a mediator to resolve conflicts and maintain efficient workflow throughout teams.
- Administer and enhance the Learning Management System, incorporating user feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
