Responsibilities
- Act as a key Office 365 support resource for day-to-day business-as-usual operations.
- Handle SMTP server upgrade activities as required.
- Address security vulnerabilities and support remediation efforts.
- Carry out patching tasks in line with operational needs.
- Ensure service-level commitments are achieved for incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Deliver work in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.
Preferred Skills
Office 365 administration, SMTP server upgrades, vulnerability handling, patch management, meeting SLA targets for incident/service/change requests, and working to contract requirements.
