Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks on pool equipment and related facilities.
• Keep the pool area clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Support guests with questions or concerns and deliver helpful customer service.

Requirements

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required.
• Strong swimming ability.
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement.
• Ability to stay focused and react promptly in emergencies.
• Friendly manner with clear communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
