Role Overview
KAD Construction is looking for an NOC Coordinator to support approval processing and authority coordination for roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The position focuses on preparing no-objection letters, tracking submissions, and working closely with consultants, municipal bodies, and the construction team to keep project clearances moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft no-objection certificate letters in both Arabic and English for submission to municipalities and other relevant authorities.
- Track the status of NOC applications and keep records updated as approvals progress.
- Liaise with consultants on NOC submissions and work permit-related matters.
- Follow up on municipality requirements and coordinate the same with the construction team.
- Support the operations manager with issues connected to the construction department.
- Use engineering support services to assist construction and infrastructure project execution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of GCC experience in a comparable role within roads and infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience dealing with government departments for project approvals, clearances, and NOCs.
- Good familiarity with online NOC procedures and submission processes.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
