Role Summary

This position supports borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party partners by moving mortgage files through the process accurately, efficiently, and in line with all compliance requirements. The processor reviews documentation, verifies loan information, and prepares files for underwriting decisions. As a Level III processor, the role handles a broad mix of loan scenarios and application types.

Responsibilities

The role involves reviewing and validating loan files so that documents are complete, accurate, properly calculated, and ready for underwriting. It includes meeting DU requirements and calculating income before submission. The processor must be comfortable handling a wide range of loan and property types, communicating status updates and issue resolutions to all relevant parties, entering loan data into the processing system, supporting closing activities, and consistently working to strict deadlines while staying aligned with company policy, investor rules, lending program standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position. The hourly pay range is $33.00 to $36.00, with compensation determined by knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. Working Conditions
