Role Overview
Birbal AI is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to build, tailor, enhance, and maintain CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. This role calls for solid hands-on knowledge of customization, system integrations, plugin creation, and established CRM development practices.
Core Requirements
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development standards and implementation best practices.
- Proven track record of configuring and modifying Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Practical experience with data cleansing, data integration, data mapping, and handling relationships between CRM data entities.
- Experience connecting Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems and enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of Plugins, JavaScript, and .NET development.
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and deliver effective fixes for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Experience delivering TAMM services/projects.
- Background working with government organizations in the UAE.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
