Role overview

The Membership Manager will own the design and execution of a full membership program, from pricing and benefits to positioning and retention. This role is responsible for building a compelling membership proposition that supports both customer value and business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Track and improve renewal performance, churn, and member lifetime value through retention-focused programs.

  • Stay alert to market growth trends, social trends, and promotional opportunities, and turn relevant opportunities into practical campaigns and user experiences.

Requirements
