Role overview
Yamama Cement is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Planner to help keep plant maintenance running smoothly in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support maintenance operations by forecasting spare parts needs, keeping equipment bills of materials accurate, working with suppliers, and making sure essential parts are available for plant use.
Requirements
- A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience in maintenance planning, spare parts planning, or mechanical maintenance.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial settings will be considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate and plan the spare parts required for maintenance work.
- Keep equipment BOMs current and accurate.
- Work with suppliers and the procurement team to support material availability.
- Check technical details and determine the correct spare parts needed.
- Track inventory levels and ensure critical spares remain available.
- Assist maintenance activities and contribute to cost-saving efforts.
