About the Role
LISOLA Sartoria is hiring a seasoned Master Tailor to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in luxury menswear, a sharp eye for detail, and deep hands-on experience in bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate alteration needs with accuracy and make precise tailoring assessments.
- Create, modify, and complete bespoke jackets, trousers, shirts, and outerwear.
- Carry out advanced alterations such as shoulder, chest, sleeve, and full recut work.
- Uphold strict craftsmanship standards and ensure consistent quality control across all work.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in bespoke tailoring or luxury tailoring.
- Advanced knowledge of jacket construction and alteration techniques.
- Comfort working with premium materials such as wool, linen, silk, and cashmere.
- Practical experience in both hand-finishing and machine sewing.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior exposure to luxury retail or sartorial settings is an added advantage.
