Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a hands-on role in delivering marketing work across CoralTree Hospitality. The position keeps campaigns, websites, email programs, and other digital touchpoints accurate, up to date, and aligned with performance goals. It is a detail-heavy, execution-led role that works closely with CRM tools, digital channels, and internal systems to launch marketing activities smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep CoralTree and individual property websites updated with correct, brand-aligned content and timely changes.
  • Create and assemble leisure acquisition email content that matches brand direction and campaign plans.
  • Run email sends for both group and leisure audiences.
  • Help segment audiences and check campaign setups to improve accuracy and results.
  • Roll out seasonal and promotional campaigns across relevant channels, making sure all materials go live on schedule and match the marketing calendar.
  • Update Cvent listings to strengthen visibility for group sales.
  • Maintain accurate content on third-party and internal platforms, including Single Platform.
  • Prepare month-end and quarterly reporting for CMF initiatives, review trends, and highlight insights that can improve performance.
  • Organize and maintain the digital asset library so property and corporate teams can quickly find current files.
  • Support invoice coding and tracking to help ensure marketing expenses are processed correctly and on time.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital, or CRM-related work, preferably in hospitality or a multi-property environment.
