This opportunity is for a senior leader to take charge of a regional civil engineering business in a Managing Director role. The position is based around Bristol and Gloucester to support the company’s two operating regions.

About the business

The employer is a well-established regional civils contractor with offices in Somerset and the South Midlands. The business operates across both regions and is looking for a strong leader to help oversee its continued performance.

Key scope of the role

The successful person will be responsible for managing both regional offices and will hold full profit and loss accountability for £40M of work. Contracts Managers and Operations Managers will report into this role as needed.

What the client is seeking

The ideal background is a senior one, with experience gained in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments and a deep understanding of groundwork and civils delivery.
