Apple Self Storage is hiring a Maintenance Person to support two Fredericton sites, covering both the North and South locations. In this role, you will help keep the facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly while preserving a professional look and reliable day-to-day function.

Key responsibilities

• Keep offices, washrooms, hallways, and driveways clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
• Carry out basic upkeep and minor repairs such as adjusting doors, changing light bulbs, and lubricating locks.
• Maintain the outside areas of the property so they remain neat, safe, and easy for customers to access.
• Watch for safety, security, or facility concerns and report hazards to the Site Manager promptly.
• Remain observant after hours and escalate any unusual activity or issues as needed.
• Work with site staff to organize and complete daily and seasonal maintenance priorities.

Qualifications and requirements

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience in maintenance, janitorial work, landscaping, or a similar field.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting, ladder use, and outdoor tasks.
• Availability to work weekdays, with some flexibility for occasional weekend or after-hours needs.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation may be necessary depending on the site location.
