Role Overview
The organization is looking for a driven and target-oriented Logistics Broker to support its expanding team. This person will handle carrier sourcing, freight rate negotiation, relationship management, and shipment coordination to help move loads smoothly while keeping customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and confirm carrier capacity for customer freight requirements.
- Negotiate freight pricing effectively with carriers and customers.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with shippers, carriers, and other business partners.
- Monitor shipments continuously from origin through final delivery.
- Address delays, service disruptions, and transportation-related issues quickly.
- Follow transportation regulations as well as internal company policies.
- Keep shipment and transaction records accurate in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Spot opportunities to improve revenue and protect or expand margins.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to help customer accounts grow.
- Deliver responsive communication and strong customer support.
Qualifications
- Prior exposure to freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or supply chain work is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple shipments in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation management systems/software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Self-driven with a service-first attitude.
- Familiarity with North American transportation markets is considered an advantage.

Job Details
This is a full-time position based onsite in Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula, India. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
