Role Overview
NAVIRA is seeking a Listing Specialist to handle Amazon listing work and resolve listing-related issues from the start. This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Charleston, SC.
What You’ll Do
The person in this role will work independently to manage Amazon listings, troubleshoot problems, and keep content aligned with platform rules.
Requirements
- Practical, proven experience managing Amazon product listings and fixing listing issues.
- Comfort using Amazon Seller Central and understanding Amazon’s listing standards and policies.
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Good organizational ability with careful attention to detail and the capacity to juggle several tasks at once.
- Availability to work a fixed schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, with a maximum workload of 40 hours each week.
- This role is not suitable for someone just starting out; the candidate must be able to take ownership of work immediately, as extensive training will not be offered.
