Role overview
Hilton is looking for a Lifeguard in Qatar to help create a safe, welcoming, and memorable poolside experience for guests. This role is centered on guest wellbeing, pool safety, and maintaining the standards expected in a hospitality environment.
What you will do
- Welcome guests warmly, assist them with requests, and handle concerns in a courteous and efficient way.
- Keep a close watch on pool activity to help prevent incidents and ensure all guests follow pool rules.
- Act promptly during emergencies in accordance with the emergency response plan, including rescue support and first aid when required.
- Carry out regular checks, cleaning, and basic upkeep to keep the pool area neat and safe.
- Follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation requirements to protect guests and team members.
