Role Overview

Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to help strengthen team capability and support a culture of growth. In this position, you will act as a positive example for team members and support their development from the very beginning of their journey. Your work will involve creating, tracking, and improving individual development plans, coordinating learning initiatives, and making sure training efforts are aligned with both employee growth and service excellence.

You will also work closely with the Property Leadership Team, offering guidance on how to build team skills and improve capabilities so that customer satisfaction remains strong.

Qualifications
