Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

This position is for an experienced lead generation professional with a solid track record in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or other alternative business financing environments. The role focuses on finding, creating, and keeping accurate, high-quality B2B prospect data that supports the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile large volumes of business leads across the Merchant Cash Advance and alternative lending space.
• Create, validate, organize, and update extensive prospect databases.
• Find business owners and key decision-makers in target industries.
• Collect direct phone numbers, business details, and other contact information for cold-calling outreach.
• Prepare lead lists that work well with automated dialers and outbound sales workflows.
• Keep data clean, accurate, and free from duplicate or invalid records.
• Explore new data sources and methods to improve lead quality over time.
• Follow SMS, email, and cold-calling compliance requirements while sourcing data.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in MCA lead generation or alternative business financing is required.
• Good familiarity with lead sourcing tools and data providers.
• Background in creating bulk cold-calling lists.
• Working knowledge of data validation and list cleanup practices.
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales technology tools.
• Understanding of TCPA, SMS, and cold-calling rules is an added advantage.
• Strong research and analytical ability.
• High attention to detail.
