What you will do

• Ensure service items such as chinaware, silverware, and cooking tools are thoroughly cleaned, along with pots, pans, and polished silverware.
• Track stock and supplies so equipment and materials remain organized and available when needed.
• Carry out routine housekeeping in the kitchen, including mopping floors and removing waste.
• Help prepare clean serviceware for banquets, events, and other functions.
• Handle chemicals and other hazardous materials in a safe manner while following hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Raise any safety concerns, hazards, or equipment faults to the supervisor without delay.
• Support onboarding and development by guiding and training newer team members.
